Technical Support

Just what does Free Technical Support include?

It does include help with getting your microphones to work, resolving hardware and software conflicts, slowdowns and crashes, handling error messages, helping trouble shoot simple custom commands, etc. 

It does not include training on how to use the program, showing you how to get better results or improve recognition accuracy, helping you write more than simple custom commands, set up templates, or create specific tests and the like.  Those are training and customization issues. If you need that type of support we can work with you to establish a separate contract to meet your needs.
